The Marketing Sales/Care Liaison will be responsible for driving business growth as well as generating brand awareness in the community. This role will also assist our Care Manager as needed, including with recruiting efforts to maintain a pool of eligible caregiver candidates. Having a current network of healthcare and other business contacts is a high priority as well as having the knowledge and motivation to drive growth. This position has a base pay plus commission.
We are looking for a highly professional, highly motivated, trustworthy, goal-oriented individual. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales/marketing and have a developed list of relatable business contacts. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must as well as having the ability to interact effectively with professionals in a variety of settings including medical settings and the community. Must be tactful and determined in order find and speak with key decision-makers. Excellent follow-up, planning and organizational skills are of utmost importance as well as having a positive and professional business image. Must have detailed knowledge Microsoft Office Suite and use of computers. Must be passionate about helping seniors live with dignity.
Other requirements:
· College degree and/or B2B/B2C sales/marketing experience
· A reliable means of transportation with current insurance and valid driver’s license
· Must be able to pass a national/expanded background check as required by the State of Indiana
· Must pass drug screen
Other duties and responsibilities:
· Manage sales and marketing as directed by management.
· Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing referral sources (such as hospitals, nursing homes, senior centers) and community organizations.
· Conduct in-person calls, ensuring a face-to-face conversation with key decision makers on a specific amount of accounts each day with excellent follow up.
· Effectively meet weekly and monthly sales goals and identify new opportunities for business growth.
· Efficiently complete reporting as required.
· Assist with recruitment efforts of caregivers including performing interviews and validating candidates.
· Complete in-person candidate orientation as needed.
· Assist Care Manager as needed.
· Cover for Care Manager on an as needed basis, including after-hours phone coverage.
· Assist in client assessments as needed when Care Manager is unavailable.
· Be a team-player and assist in other tasks as required by management.
